Overview

Domestic data centers provide a comprehensive range of high value-added services for network operations, including colocation services that take care of the customer's equipment (leased space, leased racks, leased cages, leased rooms, infrastructure that includes power and air conditioning systems, as well as network management, monitoring and maintenance), along with managed services, security services, and KDDI Wide Area Virtual Switch 2.

New data centers

TELEHOUSE TOKYO Tama 3

TELEHOUSE TOKYO Tama 3, which KDDI established as a core base in suburban Tokyo for domestic data center services, is scheduled to open in February 2016.
The maximum available power per rack is 42 kVA (rated), which is the highest level in Japan. With the ability to support high-load racks, the new data center offers a wide variety of services, from private clouds tailored to meet customer requirements to highly integrated content services and commercial cloud services.

TELEHOUSE OSAKA 2

TELEHOUSE OSAKA 2, which KDDI established as a core base in western Japan for domestic data center services, opened on August 21, 2015.
The maximum available power per rack is 30 kVA (rated). With the ability to support high-load racks, the new data center offers a wide variety of services, from private clouds tailored to meet customer requirements to highly integrated content services and commercial cloud services.
