The customers who use the "Colocation Services" can utilize various services, such as monitoring, reporting and operations support for the customer's equipment installed in the data center. Operators with advanced skills and a wealth of experience will firmly support the data center 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

System Monitoring

This service monitors the operational status of the customer's ICT system from both inside and outside the data center.

Reporting service

This service provides various online reports based on data collected through troubleshooting (failure incidents) and monitoring the customer's ICT system.

Periodic work support

This service performs periodic operations, such as exchange of media, visual confirmation, and rebooting in the customer's ICT system.

Failure measures support

This service provides immediate support in case of a failure, specifically, covering everything from the isolation and restoration of the failed system segment to making arrangements for repair services.
