Service Level Agreement (SLA)

KDDI has set SLA for the following four items and guarantees service quality by establishing a guarantee standard for each.

  • Availability
  • Latency
  • Customer Notification
  • Packet Loss

If the service quality fails to meet the standard, a portion of usage charges will be adjusted accordingly.

SLA applies to all KDDI Internet Gateway users. No additional application or charge is required.

KDDI will continue to strengthen SLA and further enhance service quality.
