High-capacity backbone
Wide-area, low-latency internet connection has been achieved using KDDI's high-capacity global backbone. KDDI has built a backbone in the US, Hong Kong and Singapore, enabling a direct, high-capacity connection with these countries. The covered area will gradually be expanded.
Enhanced network management system
KDDI's Network Operation Center monitors SLA (Service Level Agreement), BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) sessions and traffic troubles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, it carries out constant monitoring of network traffic and performs scheduled network upgrades to maintain high performance.
In the event of a failure, staff at the center move swiftly to verify the situation, contact the customer by fax or email and implement the necessary recovery steps. The center also handles customer inquiries 24 hours a day.
IPv4/IPv6 support
Users can select IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4 + IPv6 on one circuit according to their usage status. KDDI provides the following routings to meet users' needs.
