Call Invoice Service ––Delivers invoice per call or per day

This service delivers an invoice per call, or per day for communication. Please select either "Display call destination, call time and calling charge" or "Display call time and calling charge."

  • * Call invoice is enclosed with the bill. If you are subscribed to calling discount services for multiple lines, such as "Group Discount" and "Call Wide," you may choose to have the bills and call invoices sent together or separately. However, if you have consolidated billing, you cannot choose to have the call invoices sent separately to each line contractor.

Call Invoice Separation Service ––When you want separate invoices for each call destination

Calls made by dialing "131" before a number are handled as "separately calculated calls" and will be issued a separate call invoice for "separately calculated calls" [1] aside from a call invoice for all calls.

If you are using the "Call Invoice Service" or "Call Invoice Separation Service" for 50 lines or more with consolidated billing, a flat rate for the monthly service charge for these services is available.

Restriction on use of web ––To manage your EZweb access

This service is perfect for limiting your business use au mobile phone to making calls and using email. You can limit access from EZweb to certain content, such as for checking charged fees and setting your email filter. Not to mention calling, you can still use other services such as sending and receiving email and taking photos and movies with your au mobile phone with a built-in camera.

This service informs you by email [2] whenever the accumulated amount of your calling charges and packet communication charges [1] from the first day of the month to the previous day exceeds a certain amount (¥5,000 (tax excluded), ¥7,000 (tax excluded), ¥10,000 (tax excluded), and ¥15,000 (tax excluded)).

Stoppage course ¥105/month (with tax)

This service informs you by email [2] whenever the accumulated amount of your calling charges and packet communication charges [1] from the first day of the month to the previous day exceeds a certain amount (¥3,000 (tax excluded), ¥5,000 (tax excluded), ¥7,000 (tax excluded), ¥10,000 (tax excluded), ¥15,000 (tax excluded)), as well as restricts the use of calling [3], SMS (C-mail) sending [3], packet communication (including EZweb, email sending & receiving [4]). The restriction is lifted on the first day of the following month.

    Application is only accepted from EZweb. You cannot apply for this service at an au shop or by calling.

  • [1] If you are on a plan with free calls, calling charges and communication charges are calculated from the point that calls and communication exceeded free calls. Discount calculation from discount services is not applied in this calculation. The reported amount does not include basic rate, flat-rate charge for services, EZweb information charge, etc. Please note that the accumulated amount reported is an approximate number.
  • [2] Two email addresses (au mobile phone and PC email address) can be designated to receive the alert.
  • [3] You can still receive calls and SMS (C-mail). Certain calls can be made, such as emergency calls (110, 118, 119), Disaster Emergency Message Dial <171 (pay call)>, KDDI Customer Service Center (157, 113), Price Safety Service Dial (*8157 from an au phone, 0077-75157 from a general telephone) and FREE CALL.
