- [3] "Your company employees" refers to mobile phone users within the same "Business Discount". "Business Discount" contracts allow 2 to 10 lines to be under the same contractor name as 1 group.
- [4] Charges for non-domestic calls, video phone calls, group video phone calls and CDMA prepaid card calls are not eligible for discount.
- [5] Domestic calls to your company employees are free under the condition of subscription to both "Business Discount" and "Everybody Discount".
- [6] Charge for group Video Phone calls is not discounted.
- [7] To use packet communication it is necessary to apply separately for the EZWIN service.
- [8] For Plan E Simple/Plan E, it is not necessary to join a data communication discount service, and a maximum packet charge applies for packet communications.
- [9] Email is not free of charge for these plans when used with an E30HT handset.
- [10] The maximum charge for mobile data communications applies to a limited number of handsets.Please see below for details.
- * In addition to the amount shown above, the Universal Service Fee will be incurred per phone number. Further details can be found via the link below.
- * Daytime: 8:00 - 19:00, Nighttime: 19:00 - 23:00, Late night & Early morning: 23:00 - 8:00 next day
- * Changes in rate plans are generally applied from the following month. However, if changes are made on or after the 25th of the month, the changes will take effect two months after the month in which the changes were made (There is no processing fee).
- * Full Support course is offered on the basis of two years continuous usage of an au phone. A Full Support cancellation fee will be charged to customers who change their mobile phone model or cancel the service midway through their subscription. [1st-12th month: ¥18,900 (with tax), 13th-18th month: ¥12,600 (with tax), 19th-24th month: ¥6,300 (with tax)] au Points are automatically applied to the Full Support cancellation fee.
- * The Full Support cancellation fees will be revised in February 2009. [1st-6th month: ¥21,000 (with tax), 7th-12th month: ¥16,800 (with tax), 13th-18th month: ¥12,600 (with tax), 19th-24th month: ¥6,300 (with tax)] Starting February 1, the new fees will also apply to customers who enrolled in Full Support course during or before January 2009.
- * If you are subscribed to Simple Plan S (¥1,050/month (with tax)) or Simple Plan L (¥2,625/month (with tax)), the basic rate discount of "Business Discount" and "Everybody Discount" is not applied.
