| Notes on the use of "IS Flat" For "Plan E Simple" subscribers who would like to use "IS Flat," "Plan F (IS) Simple" will be offered. For "Plan E" subscribers who would like to use "IS Flat," "Plan F (IS)" will be offered. For packet communication fees, "IS Flat" is applied. Note that the flat rate packet service offered by "Plan E Simple" and "Plan E" is not applied. |
- * The term of contract for "Everybody Discount" is a 2-year unit and is automatically renewed in every 2 years if no prior request to terminate the discount service is made.
- * In case of terminating or pausing the mobile phone service or "Everybody Discount" within the 2-year contract period, regardless of the number of subscription years, a cancellation charge of ¥9,500 (¥9,975 with tax) will be incurred. The discount is applicable for the cancelled month unless it is a renewal month. If you are using the "Full Support course," no cancellation charge is charged. In terms of the "Simple Courses," the period when no contract cancellation fee is charged was terminated at the end of November, 2008.
- * "Everybody Discount" is applicable from the contract month. The discount rate of the starting month is calculated on a per diem basis.
- * This discount service is not applicable with "One-year Discounted Subscription," "Group Discount" or "Call Wide." Switching from "One-year Discounted Subscription" to "Everybody Discount" does not incur any cancellation charge. The term of contract for "Everybody Discount" starts from the subscription month to "Everybody Discount." Any "One-year Discounted Subscription" period remaining is not carried over.
- * If you are subscribed to "Simple Plan," you cannot receive discounts based on "Everybody Discount." If you are changing a line contracted for "Everybody Discount" to "Simple Plan," the subscription period of "Everybody Discount" is carried over. If you terminate the contract, pause the service, or cancel the discount during the term of contract, it will incur a cancellation charge. However, if you terminate the contract, pause the service, or cancel the discount by the end of November 2008, it will not incur a cancellation charge.
- * If you are subscribed for both "Everybody Discount" and "Business Discount," the basic rate discount of "Everybody Discount" is applied, and all domestic calls within the group (to employees of the same company) are free (Calls made from Video Phones are 60% off) and SMS (C-mail) is free. If you have selected the "Sharing Course," you can share free calls among users within the group (employees of the same company).
- * The amount that can be carried over is within the limitation of the "carry over cap" of each rate plan. "Plan Without Free Calls" and "Single Service" do not have free calls that can be carried over included in their basic rate. If you cancel or pause the service, the amount carried over will become void.
- * Calling charges for non-domestic calls and prepaid calls are not eligible for free calls.
INDEFINITE-PERIOD CARRY OVER
Remaining free calls can be infinitely carried over
With this service, you can carry over remaining free calls in your plan indefinitely. The carry-over period is indefinite, but there is a limit to the carry-over amount of free calls.
- * If a calling charge does not exceed the free call, free call is applied to the packet communication charge unless you are subscribed to a packet communication discount service.
- * If you cancel or pause the service, the amount carried over will become void.

- * Free calls can be carried over from the previous rate plan to the new rate plan. However, free calls carried over to the month following the month the new rate plan is applied will be within the range of "carry over limit" of the new rate plan.
- * This service does not apply to the following courses that have no free call allowance: "Plan E," "Plan E Simple," " Plan F (IS)," "Plan F (IS) Simple," "Daytime S," "Daytime S Simple," "Simple Plan S," "Simple Plan L," "Standard Plan," "Chotto CALL," and "Support Plan." Besides, free calls provided by the "PacketWIN Simple Service" are not eligible for this service.

- * When switching rate plans by switching the system, the service will be available from the date of switching.
- * For the month the rate plan was changed, the free call carried over from the previous month can be applied to the amount remaining after free call (per diem calculation) deduction for the previous rate plan and the amount remaining after free call (per diem calculation) deduction for the new rate plan. However, the remaining free calls (per diem calculation) of the current month cannot be applied to either of the free call-exceeded rate plans, and will be carried over to the following month.
