KDDI Module Solution Support Program (KDDI MSLS)
KDDI MSLS is a partner program to support customers who consider providing solutions with KDDI’s communication modules. This program consists of three categories; Development Support, Sales Support and Operational Support.
How to register
1. Download contract and application form
Download contract and application form from KDDI Module Solution Support Program (KDDI MSLS) website.
Fill the required information in the application form, affix your seal, and send it to KDDI.
KDDI will screen for suitability of the program.
Login ID and password will be issued and sent by mail.

Our M2M solution experts will provide total support with detailed guidance for a partner's M2M business.
KDDI provides total support for development, sales, and operation on a partner's products.
1. Offering technical information
Various technical documents for using KDDI communication modules and mobile services are available on the website.
2. Offering test environmentNon-Free
Test environment for checking whether a partner's products can be successfully connected and operated via KDDI network is provided.
3. Obtainment of certification on behalf of customersNon-Free
KDDI obtains certifications such as TELEC on behalf of partners.
4. Operation verification service for a partner's productsNon-Free
Support for design verification and operation verification on parts related to modules is provided.
5. Test service for network openingNon-Free
Support for operation verification at the time of opening or closing communication module network is provided.
Opportunity to introduce a partner's products when KDDI participates in an exhibition or makes an advertising placement is provided.
2. Posting on website
Our partner's products are posted on our website for the KDDI Module Solution Support Program (KDDI MSLS).
3. KDDI-related logo marks
Partners are allowed to use the "KDDI Module Solution Partner" logo and "KDDI Module Inside" logo in their business activities.
4. Support for press releasesNon-Free
Support for press releases on a partner's products (e.g. proofreading, selecting of media, distribution, survey on media) is provided.
Operation Support (product FW update function) Non-Free
FW update for a partner's products can be performed remotely by using our communication module network. Visiting a site is no longer needed and after-sale operation and maintenance will be easier.
