As of the end of 2001, TELEHOUSE America was providing housing service for 87 ISPs from Europe, America and Asia. In addition, over 120 ISPs chose to locate in TELEHOUSE Europe centers in London and Paris and take advantage of the "neutral" peering provided by access to Internet exchange sites.

Service charges are comprised of a one-time charge for the construction of the telecom operating environment and a monthly fee. Since charges will vary depending on the scale of the customer's facility, cost estimates will be provided upon request.
