As shown in the diagram, the International Leased Circuit Service fees consist of Japanese and overseas charges.
As a general rule, payment is made separately at either end, with customers in Japan paying for the Japanese portion and customers overseas paying for the overseas portion.
However, it is also possible to make lump-sum payments of charges in Japan or overseas, depending on prior agreements between KDDI and the overseas telecommunications carrier.
