The minimum usage period for this service is six months. If the service is canceled in less than six months, a penalty will be incurred. |

If the usage period is less than one month, monthly charges will be calculated on a prorated daily basis. |

Patches, etc., for the operating system and pre-installed software shall be applied by customers at their own responsibilities. |

KDDI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the loss, damage, or leakage of any data saved or software installed by customers individually. |

In case of cancellation of service, all information on the hard disk that the customer was using will be deleted by KDDI using an application. |

Entry into the server location is not permitted. All operations including software installation must be done remotely. |
