When obtaining a new gTLD (.com/.net/.org), please consult KDDI as KDDI will apply for it on behalf of the customer. Customers who already have a gTLD can also use this service.

The label length is within 63 characters for organizational and geographic type JP domain names, general-use JP domain names, and gTLD.

As for the usage of LG.JP domain names, they are usable only when customers already have obtained them.
It is possible to search for "general-use JP domain names" and "organizational and geographic type JP domain names" using the "JPRS Website". Check whether it is possible to apply for a domain name that you desire to obtain.
