You can create e-mail accounts and set up or change your password using the Support Web page. |

Text usable for e-mail passwords is single-byte alphanumeric characters. Please set up your password using four to eight characters. |
It is possible to collectively set up e-mail accounts by uploading CSV files from the Support Web page. |
For each e-mail address, you can set up an alias name, forwarding addresses (three addresses) and automatic reply (using the Support Web page). |
KDDI provides one administrator address. The e-mail capacity for this address is 2 MB, which is a different setup from the capacity designated in the contract. The e-mail account name is postmaster@domain or webmaster@domain (alias name setup for each account). |
There is no limit to the e-mail storage period. |
When 80% of the capacity assigned to e-mails (contract capacity minus Web capacity) out of the capacity designated in the contract is used, a warning e-mail is sent to postmaster@domain. |
Customers who have the Plan 100 contract can add up to a total of 10,000 addresses in increments of 50 addresses. |
We offer a simple broadcast e-mail service (simple mailing list), which allows you to set up a maximum of 100 forwarding addresses. As for the number of addresses, you can set up 10 addresses for the “Plan 20” contract, 25 for the “Plan 50” contract, and 50 for the “Plan 100” contract. However, you cannot add addresses. Additionally, it is not possible to own a mailbox. |

| | |
We provide a service for releasing websites, up to the capacity designated in the contract, on behalf of customers. |

We automatically deliver an access log analysis report to the administrative user address (webmaster@domain) by e-mail every day. Customers themselves can set up or refuse the automatic delivery of this report using the Support Web page. |

We cannot provide past logs. |
It is possible to set up user authentication for certain pages. |

We offer an e-mail virus check function and web mail function. See "Options" for details. |

Customers who have the Plan 50 or Plan 100 contract can use the CGI created by themselves (paid). |
CGIs can be created by customers using Perl5, C Shell, or B Shell script. Please see "How to Use" for details. |

When using the CGI created by the customer, KDDI sets a limit for the number of processes and the time for exclusive use of CPU resrouces per customer so that the customer will not be affected by other customers. |
KDDI does not provide any support for the contents (programming) of the CGI created by customers (answering inquiries, checking contents, etc.). |
There is a page on Support Web where you can check CGI syntax. |
We provide a web server with SSL functions, enabling encrypted communications. |
