Overview and Features

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For the following two items, we provide a guarantee of high-quality service to ensure worry-free usage. In the unlikely event that the guarantee cannot be kept, we will refund part of the service fees to clients.

SLA Applicable Zone	Zone for KDDI Powered Ethernet exclusive services
Guarantee	We keep the service starting date promised to clients.
Refunds		Refund Condition	Refund Amount
	Delay time until start of service	1 day	1/10 of the refundable fees
		2-14 days	1/10 of the refundable fees plus 1/100 of the refundable fees x number of days
		15 days	1/4 of the refundable fees
		16-27 days	1/4 of the refundable fees plus 1/50 of the refundable fees x number of days
		28 days or over	1/2 of the refundable fees

*	This does not apply to the Bandwidth Choice Type.

SLA Applicable Zone	Zone for KDDI Powered Ethernet exclusive services
Guarantee	When the service becomes unavailable due to reasons not attributable to the client [1], KDDI will make the service available again within one hour from when KDDI becomes aware of such failure.
Refunds		Refund Condition	Refund Amount
	Delay time until recovery	1 hour to 1 hour and 59 minutes	10% of the refundable fees
		2 hours to 3 hours and 59 minutes	20% of the refundable fees
		4 hours to 5 hours and 59 minutes	30% of the refundable fees
		6 hours to 7 hours and 59 minutes	40% of the refundable fees
		8 hours to 71 hours and 59 minutes	50% of the refundable fees
		72 hours or over	100% of the refundable fees

[1]	This does not apply to cases whereby service is suspended due to planned work.

*	This does not apply to the Bandwidth Choice Type.

Refundable fees:

The amount will be calculated by deducting discount from the amount combining the basic line usage fee, wire equipment usage fee and ONU usage fee.
