"KDDI Hikari Direct" is an IP phone service that uses KDDI's optical fiber for the access line, and high-quality IP network (CDN network) as the relay network. Telephone numbers follow the same system as NTT phone numbers (the 0AB J system), which means that customers can use the IP phone service without having to change their current phone numbers.
Internet connection service is also provided as an option.
