Call Forwarding Service

To customers who sell the call forwarding service to other companies
The call forwarding service falls under the telecommunication business stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Law. When a customer sells this service to other customers, please note that notification as a telecommunications carrier is required.

Available functions

1. Unconditional transfer

This function unconditionally forwards a call to a pre-designated forwarding number.

2. Busy transfer

In the case of a group of lines with switchboard or dial-in contracts, this function forwards a call to a pre-designated forwarding number when all channels are busy.

3. Scheduled transfer

Scheduled transfer
This service forwards a call to a pre-designated forwarding number according to customers' schedule by dates, days of the week, and time.

* To designate forwarding numbers for the scheduled transfer service, a maximum of four telephone numbers can be registered at once.
* When multiple conditions set for scheduled transfer overlap, we will forward calls according to the following order of priority.
1. Date > 2. Day of the week > 3. Time

Conditions for prioritizing additional services
When the "caller ID request service" is activated, we give priority to the handling of the caller ID requests over the call forwarding service.
When the "incoming call rejection service" is activated, we give priority to the filtering of incoming calls over the call forwarding service.
When the "junk call blocking service" (available only for Metal Plus single lines) is activated, we give priority to blocking junk calls over the call forwarding service.
