What kind of service is "KDDI Secure Contact"? |

"KDDI Secure Contact" is a quarantine service that compares the security status of a personal computer used for remote access with the security policy set by the customer, and only allows connections from terminals that meet the policy.

With what kind of remote access services can it be used? |

It can be used with the following KDDI remote access services.

Presence or absence of designated files

White list function to deactivate the quarantine function for specific users

In addition, terminal authentication using the MAC addresses of personal computers is available as an option.

Is there a limit to the numbers of IDs that can be used? |

|
One or more IDs can be used. If more than 10,000 IDs are to be used, please consult individually.

Can the security policy be changed? |
|
|
The security policy can be set according to individual customers. Also, changes to the security policy can be made online (Support Web).

Do we need to install any devices or equipment in our premises? |
|
|
