What kind of service is "KDDI Secure Share"? |

It is a service that allows you to safely exchange files over the Internet with specific people.
 Is it really secure? |

For the route between your terminal and the Secure Share server, files are encrypted using SSL when they are uploaded or downloaded, and they are stored on the Secure Share server in an encrypted state. This realizes a very high level of security.
Can I be absolutely sure that my files will not be seen by any other users? |

Files are encrypted end-to-end from the time they leave the sender's terminal until they reach the designated receiver’s terminal. Even in the unlikely event of files being accessed on their way, they would not be readable by anyone but the designated user, not even by your administrator or KDDI technical staff. This is because they are firmly encrypted and not decodable with currently available technology.
