Tokyo, April 22, 2003 - KDDI announced today the following changes to the makeup of its corporate officers.

Unofficially decided at a board meeting today, the changes are expected to be ratified at the general meeting of shareholders and meeting of board members scheduled to be held on June 24 of this year.
