| 2. Revisions to Packet Transmission Discount Services |

The "Double Flat," "packet discount Win middle" and "packet discount Win super" have been revised as outlined below so that customers can receive savings on the use of both PC Site Viewer and EZweb and email by selecting one of the discount services based on the amount PC Site Viewer will be used.

Revisions to double fixed charge
PC Site Viewer communications charges and communications charges for the CDMA 1X WIN packet data transmission service Packet WIN are also eligible for discount communications charges (0.05 yen/packet; 0.0525 yen with tax), making communications charges free. However, as before EZweb and email are the only services to which the maximum payments of 4,200 yen/month (4,410 yen with tax) can be applied, and PC Site Viewer communications charges and Packet WIN communications charges are not applicable.
Accordingly, "Packet Discount WIN" will be automatically cancelled in December for customers currently subscribing to both the "Double Flat" and "Packet Discount WIN," and only the "Double Flat" will be applied.

Revisions to "Packet Discount WIN Middle" and "Packet Discount WIN Super"
The maximum packet transmission charge for EZweb and email is 4,200 yen per month (4,410 yen with tax), allowing the customer unlimited use of EZweb and email. As previously, packet transmission charges will be 0.015 yen (0.01575 yen with tax) and 0.025 yen (0.02625 yen with tax) for EZweb and email, respectively, until the maximum is reached.
Accordingly, "Double Flat" will be automatically cancelled in December for customers currently subscribing to both the "Double Fixed Charge" and "Packet Discount WIN Middle" or "Packet Discount WIN Super," and only "Packet Discount WIN Middle" or "Packet Discount WIN Super" will be applied.
