This is to announce that KDDI (DDI Corporation; President: Yusai Okuyama) filed today the notification of the reduction in the local call rate with Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
The details of the rate reduction are as follows

The rate for local calls (Intra-zone calls) is to be reduced, for all the time periods, to 8.80 yen per three minutes. The reduction rate is supposed to be 56%. |
