I. Launching of "the Mighty Course"

1.Outline

KDDI is adding a new menu, "the Mighty Course" for middle users to a variety of the existing menus provided through DION Dial-up, including telephone-charge-included "Komi-Komi Course" for care-free use by beginners, unlimited-use-with-flat-charge "Bari-Bari Course" for heavy users, and fit-for-mobile "Mini-Mini Course". "Mighty Course" is to be provided with the telephone-charge-included rate system consisting of the monthly basic fee of 1,480 yen and the utilization charge of 8 yen for every three minutes, thus allowing customers to use this menu at anywhere throughout the nation economically, without any difficulty in understanding its charging system.

2.Charges

	* The connection charge includes telephone charges.

3.Service Conditions
	(1)	Additional service The additional services are the same as other Courses in DION Dial-up.
	(2)	Others "Mighty Course" can be included in the "KDDI Discount Set." Therefore, by using the Course together with the KDDI's Telephone Discount Service, "Danzen Talk II DX", customers will not have to pay the monthly fixed rate of 200 yen for the discount scheme.

4.Date of Effectuation
	The Course is planned to start on January 17, 2001.

II. Launching of "the Baribari 'FLET'S ADSL' Course"

1.Outline

To meet the needs for the broadband on the Internet allowing the contents distribution of moving images, voice, etc., whose use is expected to increase in the household in general as well as in enterprises, KDDI is launching a new menu, "the Baribari 'FLET'S ADSL' Course." "the Baribari 'FLET'S ADSL' Course", using "FLET'S ADSL" provided by NTT East and NTT West as access circuits, is a service that can be provided at a maximum speed of 1.5Mbps for down link, and 512kbps for up link. (For conception diagram of connection, please refer to Reference 1 attached)

2.Charges

	KDDI intends to positively expand the service area as NTT East and NTT West extend their "FLET'S ADSL" available area.
	*	The utilization charge for "FLE'TS ADSL" provided by NTT East or NTT West is payable separately. (Application to NTT East or NTT West is required)

3.Service Conditions
	(1)	Minimum period of use One Month

III. Change of Service Name

The "IP Connection Course" currently provided is to be renamed "the Baribari 'FLET'S ISDN' Course."
