This is to announce that KDDI (DDI CORPORATION; President: Yusai Okuyama, Main Office: Tokyo) and au CORPORATION (President: Masahiro Mino, Main Office: Osaka) agreed in principle today on an equity exchange contract to change au Corp.'s status in KDDI's consolidation from a partially owned subsidiary to a wholly owned subsidiary.
