| 1.Reduction of Charge for Domestic Telephone Service |

The charge for the out-of-prefecture long distance calls in the domestic telephone service ("0077""0070") will be reduced as shown in the following.
This rate reduction up to 20 % will allow customers to use the KDDI's domestic telephone service more economically.

| 2.Revision to Conditions for "Danzen Talk II DX" |
|
For customers who selected KDDI for three divisions (KDDI have to be selected in "In-prefecture long distance" and "Out-of-prefecture long distance".) or more in the My Line Plus registration, the fixed charge of 200 yen will be exempted. |

The exemption will be effective from the month following month in which KDDI confirms the application for registration qualified. |

| 3.Launching of New Discount Service, "Marutoku Discount Light" |
|
To allow, in particular, small- and medium-sized business customers to use the KDDI's telephone service more economically, KDDI will launch a new discount service, "Marutoku Discount Light." Outline of the discount service are as follows: |
