1.Re-organization
	1)	Basic Outline
		Following the introduction of the operating officers system and to speed up decision making, KDDI will abolish five existing project control departments and instead have each project department connect directly with directors in order to create a flat organization.
	2)	Summary
		(1) To strengthen the 'au' project, KDDI will establish "au Planning Division" "au Engineering Division," "au Service & Product Planning Division," and "au Sales Division" under the "au Business Sector". Having these departments will enable KDDI to develop products in response to customer needs and changes in the market, and also to strengthen distribution. (2) KDDI will establish the "Global Business Division" in order to set the responsibilities for the deployment of domestic projects and international deployment for NW projects. (3) KDDI will establish the "IT Development Division" to begin full-scale running of broadband and ITS technical developments and project coordination.
