Change of structure
	1.	Two new divisions will be created following the au Corporation merger; the 'au' Sales Promotion Department and the 'au' Sales Operations &Systems Department. These department will take charge of nationwide sales operations, increasing sales mobility and strengthening sales activities.
	2.	In order to strengthen e-business platform services and expand product promotion, the operations of the IP Business Development Division will be split into the following operations; data center service planning; data center sales planning; new business and subsidiary management.
	3.	Each operation will be placed under the authority of the newly set up iDC Service Development Department, and iDC Sales Promotion Department, as well as the IP Business Planning Department. In addition, the IP Technology Planning Department will be merged into the IP Business Planning Department.
	4.	To improve its operating effectiveness, the Overseas Group Business Department will be merged with the International Development &Cooperation Department, and will then be renamed the Overseas Corporate Business Department.
	5.	To improve the promotion and effectiveness of network maintenance and management operations, the Shinjuku Network Center will be merged with the Network Operation &Management Department and renamed Network Operation &Management Center. Through this combination, Oyama NC will promote the main NC Division.
	6.	To drastically improve the Tu-Ka business, the Tu-Ka Business Management Department will be set up under the Corporate Strategy Division.
	7.	The Kansai Auditors unit will be placed under the office of Corporate Auditors.
