KDDI Slashes Fees on Calls
from NTT Regular Lines to au Cellular




Tokyo, March 5, 2003 -- KDDI and Okinawa cellular announced today plans to drastically reduce fees from NTT regular land-based lines to KDDI' s au cellular phones.
The plan, which reduces phone charges by maximum 25% for such phone calls, was submitted to the Minister of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications today.

The new plan will bring charges from NTT regular lines to au cellular phones in line with charges that originate at au calls and are directed towards regular NTT lines.
