KDD Europe Ltd., a subsidiary of KDD (Japan's Global Communications) in the U.K., has obtained the U.K.'s facility-base international telecommunications license. KDD filed an application for the license with the U.K.'s DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) on May 7 this year.
