How to activate the service
In order to receive the incoming call notification with au mobile phone through the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service, you need to configure the setting to begin the service after making an application.

If you would like to allow your family member (a person other than a contractor of a general subscriber phone) to receive the incoming call notification...
KDDI phone's phone number and activation password required to start using the service are not revealed to your family member.
Please provide a person designated as a recipient of the incoming call notification with the necessary information, and ask him/her to configure the setting to activate the service.
If a call is made from a registered au mobile phone to your KDDI phone, the incoming call notification will not be sent to the au mobile phone.
