If you need any help

  • 33. I failed to receive the incoming call notification. Is there a problem?
    33. Please check: (1) whether a phone number of au mobile phone registered as notification destination is correct on the Self Page or by calling 1540 from a KDDI phone; (2)whether the service is activated by calling a special number "*432" from au mobile phone registered as notification destination; (3) whether you have a setting to send the incoming call notification by calling a special number "*432" from au mobile phone registered as notification destination; (4) whether the first day of charging for ADSL one, Metal-plus Phone, or au HIKARI has passed. If you have set the SMS (C-mail) reception filter, you may fail to receive the notification. Please note that the incoming call notification will not be sent to au mobile phone registered as notification destination when you make a call from this au mobile phone to the KDDI phone.
  • 34. I failed to receive the incoming call notification of some calls. Is there a problem?
    34. If you chose the option "Notification only in the case of no reply or busy line" when setting the notification condition, the incoming call notification will not be sent when a call is answered by the answering machine on KDDI's fixed line. If you would like to receive the notification when a call is answered by the answering machine as well, please change the setting of the notification condition to "Notification of all calls". If you have set the SMS (C-mail) reception filter, you may fail to receive the notification.
  • 34-1. Which setting of the SMS (C-mail) reception filter can I receive/reject the notification?

34-1. The notification will not be sent if you have set the SMS (C-mail) reception filter to block SMS (C-mail) from "numbers unregistered in the Address Book", "anonymous numbers" and "specified numbers". Check the status of the SMS (C-mail) reception filter according to the following procedure: SMS (C-mail) Menu ⇒ SMS (C-mail) Setting ⇒ Reception filter.

Numbers unregistered in the Address Book

If this option is set to "block", the notification will be sent only when a phone number of an incoming call received on KDDI phone has been registered in the Address Book.

    Anonymous numbers

If this option is set to "block", the notification will not be sent when KDDI phone receives an incoming call from a public phone or by an anonymous caller.

    Specified numbers

The notification will not be sent when KDDI phone receives an incoming call from a number specified as a blocked number.
