With the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service, the following settings can be modified at au Customer Support.
If you register for Support ID of au Customer Support, you can perform modification procedures for various services and check the amount of charge.

When you apply for the service from an au mobile phone

(1) Receive a notification at multiple au mobile phones

You can receive the incoming call notification with up to five au mobile phones. To start using this service, the setting to activate the service is separately required.

(3) Not receive the notification of a call which I answered on a fixed line (including a call answered by the answering machine) You can change the notification condition to "Notification only in the case of no reply or busy line".
(4) Receive a notification of a call from Mr. XX only You can receive a notification of a call from a specific person only. To restrict the target of notification, register a target phone number to a "list of specified phone numbers to be notified" and change the notification condition for calling numbers to the "list of specified phone numbers to be notified".
(5) Not receive a notification of a call from Mr. XX A call from a specific person will not be notified.
To restrict the target of notification, register a target phone number to a "reject call list" and change the notification condition for calling numbers to the "reject call list".
(6) Forget a password to activate the service and a password for the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service. A password to activate the service and a password for the "Check KDDI incoming call history with your au mobile phone" can be overwritten.
(7) Deactivate the incoming call notification. This setting temporary halt the incoming call notification. Change the notification condition to the "No notification".

(1) - (3) and (7) mentioned above can be modified from KDDI phone by dialing 1540.

How to call 1540 from KDDI phone
Dial 1540 from Metal-plus Phone, au HIKARI Phone etc. This allows you to modify various settings by following audio instructions.

  • A password for the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service is required.
  • If you use KDDI phone, a call to 1540 can be made from a touch-tone phone only.
