MYLINE is a carrier registration service that allows you to make a call with your registered company without dialing the identification code of the company (e.g. 0077, 001 for KDDI) by registering the telephone company prior to use. - When making an international call, the prefix "010" as an indication for an international call is required in addition to a carrier's prefix code.
- Before MYLINE service begins to be applied, dial the prefix "0077" to domestic calls and "001" to international calls.
There are 2 types of MYLINE services: "MYLINE" which enables users to select a telecommunication carrier, while "MYLINE PLUS" with a fixed telecommunication carrier. Telecommunication carrier can be selected for each of four calling areas: local, in-prefecture long distance, out-of-prefecture long distance and international calls

KDDI's discount services are available even if you are using a non-KDDI phone device with an ACR function . Register now. In cases where the registered phone service is not available due to disasters or other reasons, you can dial "122" (service cancellation number) before dialing a carrier's prefix code to use other phone services that are not registered for MYLINE PLUS.

Once KDDI is registered for MYLINE, you are no longer required to dial a prefix code "0077" or "001" to use KDDI's phone services. If you are using a phone device with an ACR function , a telecommunication carrier will be selected by the phone device regardless of which carrier you have registered for MYLINE. Besides, if you dial a prefix code for a carrier other than KDDI, this carrier will be given priority.
