Calls from mobile phones are also available. No application is necessary.

Use a card from a telephone that generates the touch signal tone.
When calling from a green colored public phone, first put a ten or hundred yen coin, or a telephone card into the slot, and then dial. It will be returned on completion of the call.
When calling from a mobile phone or PHS phone, push the start button following 0055.
