KDDI Announces Plans to Open United Arab Emirates Office in Dubai

KDDI overseas subsidiary KDDI Singapore will open the KDDI Singapore Pte. Ltd. Dubai Branch Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the first part of January 2009. This will bring the total number of KDDI overseas offices to 61.

Along with other international companies, many Japanese companies are opening offices in the Middle East, particularly the United Arab Emirates. It was decided to open the KDDI Singapore Dubai Office in order to meet the diverse ICT solution needs of customers examining whether to expand into the Middle East and broaden their business. The services include WAN/LAN consulting, construction, maintenance, and operation. KDDI Singapore's Dubai Office will provide one-stop outsourcing services for indispensible local ICT infrastructure.

KDDI considers providing customer support in the ICT field as its most important duty and will work to expand and augment its global base of operations.
