DDI CORPORATION (DDI), KDD Corporation (KDD) and IDO CORPORATION (IDO) announced a new consolidated organization formed when these three companies merge on October 1.
The merged company, KDDI, (DDI CORPORATION) will have the structure shown in the Attachment.
