KDDI has added the following e-mail features to 'MOVIE KEITAI' A5301T and the 'GPS Mobile' A3015SA while also increasing their ease of use: (au mobile phones to be on sale are planned to include these new features). |

5,000 full-size character transmission
The maximum number of full-form characters deliverable has been increased from 500 to 5,000 characters. The maximum number of full-size characters receivable has also been boosted to 5,000. |

File attachments

'Movie Mail' and 'Photo Mail' have hitherto been able to send only one file attachment per e-mail. This has been upgraded to enable a maximum of 5 attachments (up to 100 KB). |

Three features have been further added: automatic retrieval of files that match user-specified file types and capacity conditions ('Attachment Auto-Retrieval'), automatic viewing of multiple file attachments in order ('Attachment Quick-View'), and displaying of file attachment within the received message ('Attachment Inline View'). (Attachment Inline View available only on A3015SA). |

Customized Retrieval
Users can specify that for an address not entered into the address book only the sender's e-mail address and subject is retrieved, and the message is left. (Available also with A1014ST). |
