Provision of "au Mobile Express" Services |

This is a safe and convenient mobile phone rental service that enables mobile phones to be used in about 100 countries and regions (including Europe) where GLOBAL PASSPORT is not currently available, as well as to receive calls from Japan in these regions. |
(2) |
Support bases have been established in Europe (Germany), Asia (Singapore, Korea, and China), and the United States (New York), offering response to local inquiries even in Japanese. (For contact information on these support bases, please contact the carrier offering the "au Mobile Express" service.) |

3.How to Use the Service |

How to apply |
Apply to the au Mobile Express number (#8144; charged call) from your current au mobile phone. (Please apply at least two business days before your departure.) |

Receiving your rental phone |
The au Mobile Express phone, battery pack, and batter recharger can be purchased at Narita Airport (No. 1 or No. 2 terminals) or Kansai International Airport. These items can also be sent by express courier (no shipping charge), so please select the service that best suits your needs. |

How to pay service fees |
au Mobile Express service fees (rental fees and call charges) are paid by credit card. The following credit cards may be used for payment.
