  • In order to activate the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service, you need to configure the setting from an au mobile phone registered to this service.

When you apply for the service from an au mobile phone

[au one Top Menu] → [My au (au Customer Support)] → [Apply/Modify] → ["Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service]

  • In order to activate the service, you need to configure the setting from an au mobile phone registered to "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone".
  • To login to the Self Page and EZ Self Page, an ID and password for the Self Page are required. The ID and password for the Self Page are stated on the "Information for New Users" which has been sent at the time of the opening of ADSL one/Metal-plus Phone, au HIRKARI or other services.
  • A password to activate the service and a password for the "Check incoming call history with au mobile phone" service specified at the time of application are required to activate the service and modify the setting. Make sure to write them down.
  • If you have applied for this service simultaneously with au HIKARI, you don't need to make another application.
  • Please note that the EZ web service is unavailable with some au mobile phones.
