The opinions we received are as follows.
- When providing AI services to corporate clients, there is a possibility that diverse AI systems may interact across networks, leading to unpredictable outcomes. To address this, it is essential to share information, incidents, and risk mitigation strategies with counterparties.
- To foster a sense of ownership among employees, internal engagement efforts should include interactive communication methods such as workshops.
- It is also important to feed back any risks or incidents that arise during the operational phase of AI services to the planning and design/development departments.
- Regarding information disclosure, while it is important to share our initiatives internationally through frameworks such as the Hiroshima AI Process "Reporting Framework," it is equally vital to present the information in formats that are easily understood by domestic stakeholders.
We reaffirmed the importance of recognizing the existence of unpredictable human rights risks associated with AI utilization, and of sharing information and countermeasures not only within the company but also with stakeholders.
