Disaster Relief and Recovery Support

KDDI is aware of the role of communications as a vital lifeline service.
We are implementing various measures to ensure that we can maintain reliable communication services at all times under any circumstances.

At times of disasters, we prioritize the maintenance and speedy restoration of communication services and install public wireless LAN and charging facilities at evacuation centers.

Our disaster relief efforts encompass all phases of recovery and focus on unique challenges each area faces following a disaster.

Other examples include collecting relief aid donations, providing volunteers, supporting community building and supporting youth to nurture the next generation in recovering communities.
